Terms of Use

01 Acceptance and scope

These Terms apply to the games.lpagesapplabs.com website and to the games Mini Motor Maze and Galaxy Diamond ("the Games") on every platform they are published for. See our Privacy Policy for how each game handles information.

02 The license we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the usage rules of the store you downloaded from. You do not own the Game — you own a license to play it under these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of a Game or its assets
• redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense a Game or any part of it
• use a Game for any commercial purpose
• use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorised third-party software to modify or interfere with play
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice

03 Ownership

The Games — including all art, music, code, level designs, gem and vehicle designs, and the names "Mini Motor Maze" and "Galaxy Diamond" — are the original work of LPagesAppLabs S.R.L. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

04 Virtual items and purchases

A Game may offer in-app purchases. Any virtual currency, boosters, hints or unlocks obtained through play or purchase:

• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• are licensed to you, not sold — a limited right to use them within the Game
• may be modified or removed if we discontinue or substantially change a Game, without compensation, except where the law requires otherwise
• are non-refundable except under the App Store's or Google Play's own refund policies, which govern all payment processing

If you uninstall a Game or it is discontinued, unspent virtual items are lost. Non-consumable purchases such as "Remove Ads" are tied to your store account and can be restored through the in-game Restore Purchases option.

05 Your conduct

You agree to use the Games lawfully, and not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of a Game or its systems, nor to use a Game in any way that could disable, damage, overburden or impair it. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

06 Disclaimer of warranties

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

In the event of any failure of a Game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google as applicable, and they will refund the purchase price to you if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Game, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.

07 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of a Game, including loss of data or virtual items, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €20 if you have made no purchases.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the Games and their content, for addressing any claim from you or any third party relating to a Game — including product liability claims, claims that a Game fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation — and for any claim that a Game infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

08 Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Games. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Games and any in-app purchase activity.

09 Export compliance

You may not use or download a Game if you are located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country, or if you are on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using a Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 03, 06, 07 and 11 survive termination.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

12 Apple- and Google-specific terms

If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store:

• This agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the Game.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
• Sections 06 and 07 above set out the allocation of warranty and liability responsibility between us and Apple.

If you downloaded a Game from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

13 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
