Privacy Policy
Status: neither game has been released. Mini Motor Maze and Galaxy Diamond are not yet on the App Store or Google Play. This policy describes what each app collects as built and as it will operate from its first public release. It will be re-dated on release, and updated before any change to what is collected — not after.
The short version: This marketing site collects nothing. Galaxy Diamond keeps your progress on your device, sends gameplay analytics to Google Firebase, shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, and handles purchases through Apple and Google. Mini Motor Maze currently collects nothing at all. Details for each are below, separately, because the two games differ.
01 Scope
This policy covers the games.lpagesapplabs.com website and the two mobile games published by LPagesAppLabs: Mini Motor Maze and Galaxy Diamond. Where the two games differ, they are described separately — a single combined statement would be inaccurate for at least one of them.
02 This website
The games.lpagesapplabs.com site:
- Sets no cookies
- Runs no analytics scripts
- Stores no user data on our servers
- Requires no account
Fonts are served from this site itself — no font CDN is used, and the page makes no request to any third-party domain. Loading a webfont from a CDN reveals your IP address and user agent to that provider on every page view; self-hosting removes that entirely.
03 Galaxy Diamond — what the app collects
Stays on your device. A locally generated player profile: a display name you choose (defaulting to "Diamond Hunter") and a random ID in the format XXXX-XXXX, created the first time you play. It is not linked to your identity, your email, or any account, and it exists so support requests have something to key on. Your level, stars, currency balances and settings are stored locally too. We hold no server copy. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, that progress cannot be recovered by us or by you.
Firebase Analytics (Google). We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is actually played — which level you are on, whether a level was won or lost, whether a hint or an ad was used. These events carry no name, email, or directly identifying information, but Firebase does use a device- and install-level identifier to tell one player's activity from another's. Google's privacy policy governs how Firebase processes this on our behalf.
Advertising (Unity LevelPlay). From launch, Galaxy Diamond shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, which mediates between several ad networks. LevelPlay and the networks it mediates collect your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and — where you have allowed it — use it to select more relevant ads and measure whether an ad worked. The set of mediated networks changes over time; Unity publishes the current list and each network's own policy at unity.com/legal/mediation-partners. This policy does not cover what those networks do with data once they receive it — that page does.
Purchases. If you buy "Remove Ads" or any other in-app product, payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details. Apple or Google tell us only that a purchase completed and for which product, so the game can unlock it.
Not collected. We do not ask for your email, real name, phone number, contacts, photos, or any location more precise than what your IP address or advertising identifier already implies. The game has no chat, no social features, and no way to message other players.
04 Mini Motor Maze — what the app collects
Nothing that leaves your device. Mini Motor Maze contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no in-app purchases. Progress, car selection, stars and settings are stored locally and never transmitted. If this changes, this policy will be updated and re-dated before the version that changes it is published — not afterwards.
05 Your choices
Ads consent (GDPR). The first time you open Galaxy Diamond we ask whether you accept ads that use your information to be more relevant. Decline and you still see ads, but they are not personalised using data the ad networks hold about you. Change it any time in Settings → Personalized Ads.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS). On iOS we also ask through Apple's own ATT prompt before any tracking identifier is used for advertising. Change your answer in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Device-level controls. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time — iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Android: Settings → Google → Ads. You can also opt out across many networks at once via youronlinechoices.com (EEA) or aboutads.info (US).
06 California and other US state rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale or sharing" of personal information — which under California law includes providing your advertising identifier to ad networks for personalised advertising, even though no money changes hands. Turning off Personalized Ads in Settings is how you exercise that opt-out. You may also email us; since we operate no server-side account system, this largely means confirming that your local player ID is linked to nothing on our side.
07 Deleting your data
We operate no accounts and no server, so there is no deletion request to send us. To delete everything a game holds about you, uninstall it. This is permanent — level progress, stars, currency and unlockables are gone, and we have no backup to restore from, even if you reinstall later.
Purchases are the exception: a purchase like Remove Ads is recorded against your Apple or Google account, not with us, so uninstalling does not affect your ability to restore it.
08 Children
Both games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, or target interest-based advertising to, anyone under 13 (US — COPPA) or under 16 without consent where required (EU — GDPR Article 8). The same 13+ audience is declared in our App Store age rating and Google Play target-audience declaration. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact contact@lpagesapplabs.com and we will delete it.
09 Retention, storage and international transfers
Your local profile and progress live on your device for as long as the game is installed. Analytics events sent to Firebase are retained under Google's default Firebase Analytics retention settings. We do not operate our own servers and hold no separate copy.
Firebase and Unity LevelPlay both run on infrastructure that may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Google and Unity each maintain their own transfer safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as part of their standard terms.
10 Security
We rely on Apple, Google and Unity's security for the infrastructure the games run on, and we operate no server holding your personal information. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not hold enough about you to build a meaningful profile beyond what is described here.
11 Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, you have the following rights over any personal data we hold:
To exercise any of these, email contact@lpagesapplabs.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
12 Changes to this policy
We update this page when what a game collects changes, and update the effective date above. A change that expands collection is published before the version that makes it, not after.
