Summary: By using LPagesAppLabs games, you agree to use them fairly and legally. Our games are provided in good faith. These terms are written in good faith and plain language.
01 Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or playing any LPagesAppLabs game application, or by visiting the games.lpagesapplabs.com marketing website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website.
02 License
LPagesAppLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our game apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All intellectual property in our apps — including but not limited to code, graphics, music, sound effects, character designs, and level layouts — remains the sole property of LPagesAppLabs / D.Badi.
03 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or modifications that affect gameplay fairness
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of our apps
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
- Use our games for commercial purposes without written permission
- Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with any backend infrastructure
04 In-App Purchases
If our apps include in-app purchases, all purchases are subject to the terms of the platform through which they are made (Google Play, App Store). We do not process payments directly. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy.
05 Age Restrictions
Our games are rated for general audiences. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our apps and any in-app purchase activity. We are not responsible for unauthorised purchases made by minors.
06 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps and website are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. Your use of our apps is at your sole risk.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPagesAppLabs / D.Badi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or website. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
08 Updates and Termination
We may update, modify, or discontinue any app or feature at any time without notice. We may also terminate your access to our apps if you breach these terms.
09 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your local law.
10 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
