01 Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the games.lpagesapplabs.com marketing website and, when they become available, the mobile apps Mini Motor Maze and Galaxy Diamond. As of the effective date, neither app has been released to the public.

02 Marketing Website Data

The games.lpagesapplabs.com marketing website:

• Sets no cookies
• Runs no analytics scripts
• Stores no user data on our servers
• Requires no account creation

If you use the "Notify Me" form, your browser opens your email client locally. No data is submitted to our servers — the email originates from your device. We receive only what you choose to send.

03 Apps: Data Collection (Pre-Launch)

Mini Motor Maze and Galaxy Diamond are in active development. Their final data collection practices will be determined by their architecture and publishing requirements. Before launch, we will publish a complete, in-app privacy policy. The following are current intentions:

• Gameplay data: local device only — progress, scores, and settings stored on-device
• Crash reports: if enabled, anonymous crash data may be sent to a third-party service (will be disclosed and opt-out offered)
• Analytics: if used, will be disclosed with opt-out mechanism at first launch
• Advertising: if ads are implemented, this policy will be updated with full advertiser disclosure before any ad SDK is added
• Accounts: no account system planned at this time

We are committed to minimal data collection, clear disclosure before launch, and COPPA/GDPR compliance in every published build.

04 Third-Party Services (Website)

The marketing website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net), a privacy-respecting font CDN operated in the EU. Bunny Fonts sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and is not affiliated with Google. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics on this website.

05 Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-Kids)

Our games are designed for a general audience. They are not specifically directed at children under 13. Age ratings appropriate to each game's content will be applied through the relevant app store before any public release. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US — COPPA) or under 16 (EU — GDPR Article 8). If child-directed content or features are added to any app, we will implement age verification and parental consent mechanisms prior to that version's launch, in full compliance with applicable law.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate consent, contact us immediately at contact@lpagesapplabs.com and we will delete it.

06 Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR (for EEA residents), you have the following rights with respect to any personal data we hold about you:

07 International Transfers

We are an independent developer based in the EU. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA except where a third-party service (e.g. crash reporting, app store distribution) requires it, in which case we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the third party's adequacy decision.

08 Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained until you request deletion. If we launch analytics or crash reporting, we will specify retention periods in the in-app privacy policy at launch.

09 Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy materially before each app launch to reflect actual data practices. The effective date above will be updated. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
